Our story

Eng. Ahmed Mohamed Saad began his professional journey as an architect, passionate about designing buildings and creating spaces. However, he discovered a new passion in the world of export. The turning point came when he noticed the increasing demand for medicinal and aromatic plants in global markets. He decided to leverage his engineering knowledge to build a strong supply network. He founded “Al-Badr for Export” and started collaborating with local farmers to ensure high-quality products. With his ambitious vision, he successfully entered new markets and introduced Egyptian products with international standards. Despite challenges, he continued to develop his company until it became one of the leading names in the field, achieving success driven by passion and determination.


Learning and Development

The founder did not settle for his simple knowledge; he embarked on a long journey of learning. He followed all new developments in organic farming, ways to improve crop quality, and learned how to cultivate medicinal and aromatic plants that were highly demanded in the markets.
He traveled to several agricultural regions, visited farms and factories worldwide, and gained experience from specialists in agriculture, manufacturing, and marketing.


Establishing the Comprehensive Farm

Through intense efforts, he gradually expanded the farmland and started cultivating a variety of crops, with a special focus on medicinal and aromatic plants, herbs, and spices.
The farm became a model of sustainable agriculture, using natural methods to preserve soil and water, and completely avoiding harmful chemical pesticides and fertilizers.

However, the biggest challenge was how to transform these agricultural crops into marketable and exportable products.

A new phase began with the construction of a specialized factory for processing and packaging medicinal and aromatic plants. This project required significant capital and careful planning, prompting the founder to seek partners and investors who shared his vision.

After months of planning, the factory was equipped with the latest machinery that ensured maintaining the quality and purity of the products. The workforce was trained on the best processing and packaging methods in line with international standards.
